When you send a wedding inquiry, we collect your name, contact details, and the wedding information you share — such as your wedding date, location, guest count, and the support you're interested in.
When you apply to join our team, we collect your name, contact details, and professional information, along with the 2–5 photos you upload with your application.
If you book studio time or services, we collect the details needed to plan and confirm your experience.
Your photos
Application photos are uploaded to secure, private storage that is not publicly accessible. Only the Bridal Squad Partners team can view them, and only to review applications and match professionals with brides.
Your photos are never displayed on our website, never shared publicly, and never shared with a bride or third party without your consent. If your application is declined or you ask us to remove your application, your photos are deleted from our storage.
Your personal details
Application and inquiry details are stored in our private database and are visible only to the Bridal Squad Partners team. We use them only to respond to you, prepare proposals, and manage bookings. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.
We keep application and inquiry records only as long as needed to review your application or serve your wedding, and delete them on request at any time.
Payment information
Payments for our services and studio bookings are handled through a secure third-party payment processor. Your full card details are processed by the processor and are never stored on our website or in our systems — we see only a confirmation of payment and the information needed for receipts.
We keep records of amounts, dates, and invoices for accounting purposes, but these records never include your card number.
Email and communication
When you inquire or apply, we use your email address to confirm your submission and follow up about your inquiry, application, or booking. Applicant confirmation emails are sent from our own notification domain. We do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses only the cookies needed to keep the site working and, for signed-in team members, to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Data security
Your information is stored with our hosting provider using encryption in transit and at rest, and access is limited to authorized team members. Team access to applicant photos and details is protected by role-based permissions.
Your choices
You may ask us to update or delete your information, photos, or records at any time by contacting us through our Contact page. We will confirm once the deletion is complete.
